Completely Automated Ultra Ball Factory

List of extra mods used:
Pixelmon 4.2.7
Minecraft version required 1.8.9

So one day while play Pixelmon I thought "Hey it would be great if I could make pokeballs without have to lift a hand."   So after some thinking and experimenting I finally came up with an idea that makes it so everything is done automatically and fairly efficiently.

The Button

The first thing I needed was a source of stone buttons, so with this in  mind I created an infinite cobblestone generator.

It uses lava and water to make it and then once generated a thaumium golem breaks it
because there is a block breaking with the cobble in its area and cobble is white-listed in the seals menu.

the cobblestone then is carried to a magic mirror by the remaining flow of water from the generator. And because it takes only a couple seconds for new cobble to form I put packed ice under the path from the cobble to the mirror so it moves much more quickly.

the mirror teleports the cobble to a mirror which is above the infernal furnace that rapidly smelts the oncoming cobble into stone and ejects the stone out the front and into another mirror which teleports the stone into a chest.

the chest has an arcane pattern crafter under it which is set to single space shapeless crafting
so the stone is taken out of the chest, turned into buttons and then put in a chest below the crafter.

then a system of piping takes the buttons to the final advanced crafting table.

The Base

The base is the lower part of the pokeball and can be made from iron.  So To make these
I started by setting up a quarry that when provided power from an engine, will automatically mine out any size area I specify and spit the mined items out the top, or if a pipe is connected send it through the pipe.

the next step was to put a diamond pipe to sort the iron ore from anything else that is mined
Then send the iron ore to a second infernal furnace which will also sometimes not only smelt the ore but also spit out nuggets of iron , 9 of which can be combined into 1 ingot.

So I needed to separate the ingots from the nuggets.  I did this using two different emerald item-extraction pipes, 1 fort he ingots and 1 for the nuggets.

The nuggets are sent through an arcane pattern crafter set to 3x3 then added to the chest where the ingots await further crafting

next the ingots are crafted in a 1x3 pattern and come out as iron discs

the mechanical anvil then presses the iron disc into an iron base

the now completed bases head to the final advanced crafting table for combining

The Lid

So we start out with yellow and black apricorns which can be planted to grow trees.

Next we need a way for the apricorn production to keep up with the production of the other parts so
I built a skeleton drop grinder. it uses mob spawners to spawn skeletons and water to push them into the central shaft which drops them from an unsurvivable height.
The skeletons drop bones and arrows so I use hopper at the bottom of the shaft to carry the drops into a chest which has an arcane pattern crafter that's set to 1x1 crafting so it turns the bones into bone meal and then deposits the bone meal into a chest below it.
Next I set up 2 wooden golems with the deft property  to take bone meal out of the chest and ue it on the tree it is assigned to.
the hoppers surrond the trees carry the dropped apricorns to a chest with a spitting maw on it that points towards a magic mirror connected to a second mirror which drops it into the same infernal furnace that smelts the cobblestone
The infernal furnace drops the cooked apricorns into the same mirror that is used to transport the stone
Then the since the cooked apricorns can't be used in shapeless crafting they stay in the chest so they can be extracted by an emerald extraction pipe set to extract them.
The cooked apricorns are piped to an advanced crafting table which turns 2 black and 1 yellow cooked apricorn into a ultra ball disc.
Next the ultra ball discs are sent to a mechanical anvil using a hopper.where they are pressed into lids.
They are then put in a chest by another hopper and extracted and sent to the final advanced crafting table.
the advanced crafting table puts all pieces together to make ultra balls. and a hopper puts them in a chest.

How to power the mechanical anvils automatically

The mechanical anvils are powered like regular furnaces so there are more than a few ways to power them but the way I did it was with lava buckets.  The nether has an almost endless supply of lava so I took advantage of this.

To do this I started with a thirsty tank from the automagy mod and some fluid pipes.

the pipes take the pumped lava to a arcane spa which is set to just use the fluid it is supplied.
the spa will pour the lava out of its top, from there a dispenser with buckets and a magic hourglass will pick up the lava with the bucket and a hopper transports to a chest with a spitting maw that drops the buckets into a magic mirror which is connected to a mirror in the overworld, However since the nether and overworld are separate dimensions, normally only one can be loaded at a time but the quarry from buildcraft keeps chunks within its area loaded at all time so it can keep the system in the nether running even if I am in the overworld.

Once the lava reaches the overworld it is put into a chest, then extracted from the chest and sent to the mechanical anvils via pipes.
When the bucket is used it is sorted from the pressed items using a diamond transport pipe and sent back into the nether to be reused.
